CD & 32pp Book Pack

We produced this 4 page hard backed book cover which held 32 pages of text. It included a folding box board pocket, which was affixed to the inside front cover to hold an audio CD. The CD was replicated, litho printed and packed into the book pack, which was then shrink wrapped for additional protection in transit.
